What if I make a mistake, or would like something taken out afterwards?
This is no problem at all. The goal is to speak as openly and honestly as possible and we are free to remove anything you feel you'd rather not have in the recording afterwards. We can even supply you with two copies, the full version and a second version with any editing that you may have requested.
Can you do other lengths of recordings?
Absolutely. Just tell us what you'd like and we can design something around you. Whether it's a full or multiple-day recording or just a quick 30 minutes, we can always accommodate.
What measures are you taking to address COVID-19?
Our staff all wear the highest standard personal protective equipment and we will work with the smallest team possible to ensure we can offer a service that keeps your mind at ease.
How far in advance should I book?
As James tries to conduct as many of the Cadence interviews as possible in person, please enquire as far in advance as possible.
What file type will we receive for our audio recordings?
For ease of use we will initially provide a link to smaller MP3 format files. Note the USB will contain the large, uncompressed WAV copies, recorded at 16bit/ 44100KHz.
My family lives outside of London. Are you still able to assist us?
Yes - we travel light and conduct recordings around the UK!
